Delphis has been renovated from top to bottom. Here is just some of the work that has been done and new equipment added:
EXTERIOR
- Repaired masts and booms; checked for interior rot (none found)
- Stripped and varnished all teak cap rails, trim, etc., and spruce masts
- Replaced all wire rigging and turnbuckles with new stainless steel wire and new open body turnbuckles
- Repainted topsides
- Replaced all windows
- Recovered cockpit cushions with Sunbrella fabric
- Rebuilt and varnished teak hatches
- Repaired, stripped and varnished caprails
- Added new teak rubrails
- Installed new lifelines
- Repaired/welded bowsprit
- Repaired, stripped and varnished bowsprit teak platform
- Recaulked, cleaned and sanded teak decks
- Replaced all halyards and topping lifts (new)
- Removed, cleaned and rebedded all portholes
